Asst. Prof. Roshani Rajbanshi, Ph.D. is currently working as an Acting Head of the Department of STEAM Department. She is also a former post-doctoral fellow under NORHED fellowship at School of Education, Kathmandu University, Lalitpur, Nepal. She earned her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University with a major in Educational Learning Technology and a minor in Biology.

Niroj Dahal holds a PhD in STEAM Education and has built a career focused on innovative teaching methodologies and educational research. Dr. Dahal works at the Department of STEAM Education, Kathmandu University School of Education. Dr. Dahal's research interests span a wide range, including ICT in education, qualitative research, transformative research, mathematics education, and STEAM education. Dr. Dahal was honored with the Science and Technology Youth Award by the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) in December 2025 for his significant contributions to STEAM education and research.

Avinash Maskey is a Lecturer in the STEAM Department at Kathmandu University School of Education, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate IT courses, including Database Systems, Web Technology, Artificial Intelligence, System Analysis and Design, and Management Information Systems. With an academic background in Information Systems, he brings together teaching, curriculum development, research, and hands-on industry experience. He has more than six years of teaching experience in the ICT and education fields, working with students across information systems, software development, web technologies, e-commerce, and project-based learning. In the STEAM Department, he supervises IT projects, student project work, and practice-based academic activities, helping learners connect classroom concepts with real-world problem-solving. He has also contributed to the refinement and development of curricula for BTech Ed IT and MEd STEAM Education, particularly in IT-related subjects. Alongside academia, Avinash has practical experience in managing digital product and system development projects across web, mobile, e-commerce, healthcare, and client-based technology solutions. His industry work includes gathering requirements, coordinating technical teams, supporting system design decisions, managing project priorities, and guiding solutions from concept to delivery. This experience allows him to bring a practical, industry-informed perspective into his teaching and student supervision. His research interests include Information Systems, Educational Technology and Financial Technology, with a focus on how digital systems, data, and technology are used in learning, financial services, and decision-making.
